I went here with my twin brother on Friday 04/25. We were seated at the bar and we had a great experience here with the customer service and we had our questions answered. A very simple process here is to press the button for service, but the servers were around and checking up on us. They serve you a small bowl of popcorn as a snack. We ordered the ban ban soy crispy chicken wings half and half. Sides: Truffle fries and peli cheese ball Drink: Pitcher of Yueling beer.
the best korean fried chicken ever! we always get the crispy wings with honey soy pelicana shaken fries. the wings are always so juicy and flavorful and the fries are amazing and sweet! we've come back over five times and won't stop coming!
Love pelicana! I have been here many times and they are always consistent with the quality. I think this is the one of the best Korean fried chicken around the dfw area! Chicken is always freshly cooked, crispy, and so flavorful! The pelli ball combo is to die for! Be careful though, it’s hot. Since they cook it fresh, it does take a while for it to come out, but so worth it! yummy!
Having been to Pelicana in Buena Park a few times, I had very high expectations for this location to live up to the brand name. I was surely not disappointed! The staff here is actually a bit better too if I’m being honest. Really appreciated the timeliness and of course, the food is the exact same! Grateful to have the option to eat it coast to coast or right here at home!
love this restaurant so much! my best friend and i first discovered it back when they had their Honkai Star Rail collab and have been coming every so often since. we have never had a bad time here. the food is always amazing and the atmosphere is fun. what really makes every visit special, however, is the lovely service we receive from our favorite server, Hayoung. one of the sweetest, most attentive, lovely servers i’ve had the pleasure of encountering. she’s always checking on our enjoyment and comfort and always greets us with a friendly attitude. sells me on new product and makes sure every detail of our time there is comfortable. as a service industry worker, someone like her is what every restaurant and patron wants in a server. will continue to go back for the amazing time and her perfect service! 3 definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting some good fried chicken and a good time.
Upon entering I was greeted by Jay who was great help, I chose the Smokey mayo sauce for my wings and it was spicy yet creamy. The flavor of the food was absolutely amazing! If you are looking for great tasting chicken Pelicana is the place to go. Overall great experience definitely coming back

The best quality chicken in the ktown area, high review considering the number of restaurants in the area. They do only allow for one sauce flavor regardless of what size you order which id prefer to be updated but otherwise fantastic
